They may never leave the company they’re with, but if you keep showing up and delivering value and insight, they’ll be happy to send you referrals to other great agents just like them along the way.
And then, you never know, there may come that day when they are ready to make the move—and you’ll be first to come to mind.
Be relentless in your search for awesome professionals to surround yourself with both inside and outside of your organization.
