Penny Wood doubled her business with the Blitz

Penny Wood of Stratham, New Hampshire, first learned about Buffini & Company from a friend she worked with at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB). “My friend thought the Buffini business approach would be perfect for me,” says Penny.
Turns out, her friend’s instinct was correct. Penny signed up for One2One coaching. “I have always wanted to be coached,” she says. “I had my best year ever in 2017 and can now pay for the entire year of coaching in just one installment!”
“Penny has been doing so well over the past few years,” says her Coach, Renée Damon. Penny credits much of her success to following the Blitz. “I wanted to jumpstart my production and the Blitz helped me do that,” Penny says.
Her results have been impressive—she’s more than doubled her closed transactions and her net income has increased 78%.
The Blitz provided Penny a step-by-step plan for reconnecting with her clients. Throughout each productivity sprint, participants are given tasks and activities that will put them face-to-face with their best clients. Staying in touch with them on a regular basis is one of Penny’s biggest takeaways from participating in the Blitz and something she looks forward to doing. “I loved doing the Pop-Bys and seeing everyone,” she says.
The increased contact has paid off. Here’s just one example: Penny delivered candles to her clients and heard from one the next day that wanted to buy a lakefront cottage. “That pays for many candles!” she jokes.
A big proponent of the Blitz, she encourages anyone who’s been thinking about it to “just do it.” Who knows, if you commit to doing the activities, you may just double your business, as has Penny!
