What is the CFSP program?

The initial CFSP training offers:

To explore each of these content pillars, the CFSP training is broken into five, on-demand video modules. Trainees will also have access to a digital resource library of marketing materials, presentations, buyer/seller dialogues, social media messaging, infographics and printable handouts to showcase their full-service approach and top-tier market knowledge.

Meet the trainers

For the rest of the year and into 2025, the CFSP real estate agent training will include live virtual and on-demand content from relevant thought leaders, including real estate legend Brian Buffini, founder and chairman of Buffini & Company. He’ll cover how to succeed in the new era of real estate and deliver customer service that wows in two of the modules.

Additionally, there are three modules that feature sit-down interviews with iconic thought leaders such as New York Times bestselling author Jon Acuff,  award-winning advertising writer and creative director Ron Tite and hospitality visionary/author and leading restaurateur Will Guidara discussing the key skills needed to be a professional business owner and stand out from the competition.

There’s also a bonus interview with Katie Johnson, National Association of REALTORS ®  chief legal officer and chief member experience officer, who discusses the future of real estate post-settlement.

To kick off 2025, world-renowned negotiation expert Chris Voss will headline Buffini & Company’s virtual event in January.

These handpicked experts will share impactful how-tos that will help real estate agents proactively transform their businesses — and their lives.
