Providing Your Real Estate Office with Value in a Virtual World

You might send podcast episodes or article links on the industry, or something contributing to personal or professional development. If the content reminds you of a conversation you had with a particular agent, send it to them directly along with a short message to let them know you’re thinking about them.

Attend Webinars — Found an online webinar or Facebook Live that you think the team could benefit from? Send out the link and request that they watch.
