Why am I writing a blog? Is it to add one more thing to my already abundantly full life? Not exactly. These days one of the ways that I get encouraged and motivated is by reading and interacting with the blogs of people I admire, respect and look to for cutting edge information. I believe all of us need inspiration and ideas and valuable commentary and I want to join in the conversation.
I know how tough this business can be as an agent, as a leader. I know the challenges of counter balancing my family life, relationships, my health and fitness, my personal growth and the work that I do every day. I am passionate about pursuing my potential, raising up responsible, confident, healthy children and implementing real tactics & strategies on leadership and building connection, community and consistent profitability in real estate offices all over the world.
I want to bring people together and create a forum for sharing, synergy and learning to achieve, reach, stretch and believe. To challenge myself and others to do more and care more than they think they can…while they focus on less…The priorities of life and business instead of everything and anything that comes along. I want to bring calm to the chaos and get to the really good stuff.
