We’re all capable of achieving more, but how can we unlock our full potential and become who we’re supposed to be? The formula for the good life is a triangular one of mindset, motivation and methodologies. Here’s how you can lean into your talents, discover your authentic design and attain true fulfillment in life:


There are two categories of a winning mindset: how you think and what you believe. How do you think when you encounter a setback or you need to make a decision? Do you have a positive approach or are you more passive, or even negative? Jim Rohn always counseled that you should ask four questions when you met a challenge: “Why? Why not? Why not you? Why not now?” Asking yourself these four questions when you need clarity will help you to focus and problem-solve effectively.

Your mindset is also what you believe about yourself. Always remember that there are seasons in life. It’s not possible to improve everything all at once, so be patient. There are things that you can do in your regular routines to improve in some area every day.


Zig Ziglar used to say, “People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing. That’s why we recommend it daily.” To become who you were born to be, you must nurture a lifestyle of motivation that goes deep within. There are three crucial elements to motivation: Goals, ambition and attitude. If you’re working towards your written goals, you’re ambitious in an unselfish way and you have an attitude of gratitude, you will become more and more motivated in your life.  Gratitude really is the gamechanger here. It’s impossible to express gratitude and feel bitterness, envy, resentment or entitlement at the same time.  


Methodologies are the systems we need to implement so that we can become consistent. Consistency is the key to success. With strong systems in place to support your endeavors, youSave Yourself Time, Energy and Money. As John Maxwell once said, “You’ll never change your life until you change something you do daily.” The secret to success is found in your daily routines.
